'The place has a great location and a decent price. Although it was a bit smaller than the pics indicated, it quickly grew on us and we were glad we chose this place. The only thing that i would warn against is leaving your bags with the cleaning lady. On the day of our departure, we left our bags in the room with the cleaning lady and took the key. Upon our return, we learned that the cleaning lady had locked the lock that we did not have the keys to. The taxi was outside waiting to take us to the airport and we were locked out with all of our bags in the room. Her husband had to come let us in and we took the most nauseating cab ride to LaGuardia that i have ever had, he got us there with 7 minutes til boarding. Great stay but a very dissapointing ending. '

'Ce studio est idealement placé et dans une rue calme. Les voisins sont discrets, et l'appartement est calme ce qui est agreable apres la tourmente citadine. De nombreux restaurants et commerces se trouvent a proximité, dans la rue adjacente. Le descriptif de l'appartement du site correspond parfaitement a la réalité. Le lit en mezzanine est confortable pour des personnes de format normal ; je ne le recommanderait pas pour des personnes de fortes statures qui pourraient se sentir à l'etroit a proximité du plafond. L'appartement etait tres bien entretenu et propre a notre arrivée. Un contretemps lors des reservations a fait qu'il n'etait pas disponible le soir de notre arrivée mais nous avons été logé dans un hotel 3 etoiles juste a proximité en attendant le lendemain matin. L'acces et le depart de l'appartement sont simples, et la caution est bien remboursee par paypal dans la semaine suivant la location. Rien a redire donc, c'est une bonne adresse à partager.'

We had only two annoyances: the heater by the window was rather noisy and it was really warm in the apartment. We slept with the window open every night(in March). Other than that it was great. Especially loved the neighborhood. Great location! It was so nice to have a grocery store, pharmacy, shopping and restaurants right around the corner.'

'My daughter and I stayed 15 days in this apartment in September/October and we had a wonderful time. The apartment is small but perfect for two (small sized) persons. The bed was surprisingly comfortable but it´s too short for a very tall person. The kitchen is not very well equipped but we only had breakfast at home anyway. This apartment has a superb location only a few steps from the subway, close to Central Park and with a nice neigbourhood. We had a late flight back home and stored our luggage with Mary. That worked out just fine. We could definately stay here again (but not with my husband who is very tall and for him this apartment would be too small) Best regards from Norway'

'Apartment is situated in optimal position near Central Park and really near to Subway Line 1-2-3 both Express and Local and just for this I would suggest it.(also near to FAIRWAY supermarket!!!) Rooms are quite small and not modern furnished but atmosphere is romantic. Pay attention while getting down from the bed. Forniture could be renovated (no micro-wave, boil machine didn't worked, only one pot too big for 2 people) Ok for cleaning. Really flexible and easy for check-in and check-out. For a next holiday I would choose it again.'

'L'appartement est très bien situé. Les photos et le film montrent les beaux côtés de l'appartement. La salle de bain est petite, les WC coincés dans un coin ce qui peut paraître étroit pour les grandes personnes. La mezzanine est prévue pour les petites gens, sinon vous vous cognez la tête au petit matin et la rampe qui longe le lit n'est pas bien solide. Le quartier est sympa car vous êtes proche de Central Park et à côté d'un café-restaurant rapide. Le jour du départ, vous payez 15$, que vous laissiez vos bagages à l'appartement ou que vous les rameniez chez Mary. La salle de bain et vieillotte ce qui lui confère un aspect peu agréable. C'est un endroit à conseiller pour étudiants et jeunes personnes. La climatisation est bruyante et peu gêner le sommeil durant les mois d'été. La caution a été immédiatement reversée sur mon compte quelques jours après ma rentrée. Donc pas d’inquiétude à avoir, même si la formule de location peu surprendre. Bonnes vacances. '

'This is an ideal location. I stayed for 6 weeks and fell in love with the place! Michael was very obliging and always available when I needed something. I loved being so close to the 72nd subway and the little Tasty cafe on the corner was a joy for a quick meal. The loft bed was fun, but beware of hitting your head if you are tall. Also, bring earplugs if the sound of jet lagged guests walking up and down in the apartment above you throughout the night worries you. The kitchen was not as well equipped as expected, but a small price to pay - I went to Bed bath and beyond and bought a few odds and ends to bring it up to par. There is VERY little cupboard space for clothes, but most folk don't stay for as long as I did, so that is not really a problem. I would recommend this place to anyone, and intend staying here again when I return. Kim'

'We stayed at the West 71st studio for 5 weeks while we were attending a dance summer intensive course. We really enjoyed staying at this cozy studio. The location is just perfect. The apt is very cute & you can feel at home easy. The only thing we were not sooo happy about was that there are not many utilities for the kitchen, we had to buy some things by ourselves. Overall very great!!'
